Chat Noir is French for "Black Cat".
I was having a very hard time coming up with a name for the second painting of this particular cat which I LOVE to paint and just stare at, for that matter. How do you sum up perfect cat eyes, sometimes pure amber and sometimes they look splashed with green? They catch the light with an almost ridiculous grace because at times it doesn't seem all together real? I did my best and I hope you will agree =)
